At Milestone, we are looking for a Pricing Analyst to play a critical role in protecting our margins and ensuring we win the right deals at the right price.

You will act as a key gatekeeper in our deal approval process-partnering closely with regional sales leadership and the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to ensure that pricing decisions are consistent, data-driven, and aligned with our long-term strategy.
This is a high-impact role with visibility across the global sales organization and direct exposure to executive decision-making.

Your primary responsibility will be to review and challenge pricing and discount requests from the sales organization before final approval.
You will ensure that:

Over time, you will build strong commercial judgment and play a more proactive role in challenging discount levels and influencing deal outcomes globally.

In addition, you will work with data to identify opportunities to improve pricing, margins, and overall commercial performance-presenting insights to senior leadership.

You will join a truly global Learning & Sales Enablement team with colleagues based in Australia, Singapore, Bulgaria, Denmark, the United States, and Brazil.
The role is based at our HQ in Brøndby, Copenhagen.
