Our newly established warehouse department, in OFP Production Support in Måløv, is now looking for a new Associate Manager, who will join this exciting journey. The Position As an Associate Manager for Warehouse Operations, you will get the responsibility for 14 dedicated operators. As a member of a newly established Warehouse department, you will join a warehouse management team, consisting of four teams, and a department manager. As a team and mgmt. team, we play each other strong, and contribute to a healthy working environment. You will be responsible for running the Warehouse daily operation together with the team in close cooperation with the Warehouse Support team and Production. The operation time of the warehouse is currently running on dayshift. Your main tasks will be to:
  • Be responsible for running the Warehouse daily operation together with the team

  • Be visible and present to your employees,

  • Work closely with your team to meet the increasing demand

  • Ensure a high level of commitment through sparring, coaching and process confirmation.

    • Together, you create a culture that supports continuous improvement, collaboration across, creativity and engaged employees You will have the opportunity to develop yourself in a personal and professional way through testing your management skills in a factory with great business significance, high complexity, many changes, and a high pace. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Warehouse, Production or Logistic experience (preferable – not a prerequisite).

  • Leadership experience

  • GMP experience in the pharmaceutical production

  • Good ability to set a clear direction

  • Good communication skills in Danish.

You also have experience in creating high team commitment and collaborating environments - both internally in your team and across the organization. You have an eye for both the details and the big picture, and you can work with both short-term problem solutions and long-term development. About the Department OFP Production support, is an area within Oral Finished Products (OFP) Denmark, that consists of approximately 100 people, divided in two departments. Technical Support, responsible for facilities and utility and Warehouse, responsible for warehouse operations and support across OFP production Denmark.
