In this exciting position you will be member of the management team in the Packaging 1.5ml Department where you will be responsible for a team of highly engaged and high performing skilled workers on two packaging lines operating 24/7. Your team’s main tasks are to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance in compliance with internal and external requirements. You will set the direction for the team ensuring that we improve our production and quality in accordance with cGMP, to ensure that the department are able to supply patients all over the world. As a manager you are open and honest, and you enjoy seeing your team shine and succeed through collaboration. You see tangible goals and communicate them clearly, ensuring that everyone knows how to be successful. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: 2 years of managerial experience within production, probably within pharmacy or similar You have a strategic, innovative, and analytical mind-set Preferably proven experience with complex problem solving and LEAN You have a strong people leadership track record and thrive in a dynamic environment You are fluent in both English and Danish. You’re an efficient task solving through excellent coordinating, organizing, and prioritizing skills. As a leader you are known to be structured, effective, and consistent in the execution and follow-up on daily assignments. Your assertiveness and your strong communication skills make you know the value of building strong professional relationships and earning trust and respect from colleagues and employees. You know how to implement simple, effective systems and processes that work with the people using the systems. Additionally, you know that involvement is key to obtain ownership and empowerment. About the department In Packaging 1.5ml in Hillerød we are responsible for the production of our packaging lines of 1.5ml medical devices. While we continuously improve and upgrade our equipment, we are also a launch site with the responsibility for implementing and validating new products and production equipment.
