Shadow Boards and Transport series - new role - international environment - Skive We are looking for a skilled and experienced Product Manager with a commercial focus to take full ownership of our Shadow Board concept and Vikan's Transport series. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Shadow Board product and design processes, ensuring success in the market. You will be part of an exciting journey with a well-run organisation that has a clear strategy for growth. As Product Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring that Vikan maintains and develops our position as the preferred supplier and partner in markets where hygiene is important. We can see a very promising market for the products and are looking for the right person to take ownership of the further development and growth.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Background with technical and commercial experience You have relevant education and experience in product management. You have a technical background and a good understanding of business development and IT tools. It will be an advantage if you have knowledge or understanding of graphic design and printing technologies.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills and an excellent Project Manager You deliver quality and make others do the same. You have an eye for details, but always see the big picture in task solutions and ensure relevant stakeholders are involved.
You are goal oriented, independent, and proactive. You are able to identify opportunities for improvement and potential. Your approach to other people is positive and flexible and you are able to navigate at all levels in the organisation as well as with customers and suppliers. Your quality level is high, and you are determined to reach Vikan's level in all processes. With your determination and flexibility, you provide the necessary effort to ensure the result.

Your primary responsibilities include:
- Ensure that tools and IT systems are well aligned with and support the core Shadow Board business processes
- Develop efficient design processes/tools and conduct internal training
- Manage and develop the Transport range including product upgrades, new products as well as supporting sales in growing this segment
- Work closely with cross functional teams, including design, engineering and sales, to ensure timely delivery of high quality products that meet customer needs and expectations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies that drive customer adoption and growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the concepts, aligning it with the overall company vision and goals
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends, and leverage this knowledge to drive product developments and stay ahead of the curve
Background with technical and commercial experience You have relevant education and experience in product management. Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a data driven mindset
- Experience with agile development methodologies and project management
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in product management, with a strong focus on software/IT related tools
- Solid process development experience
- English in speech and writing
