We are looking for a dedicated developer for the best online shipping platform in the Nordic region.
Join us
As a developer, you will be a quintessential part of a team of 8 developers where collaboration, a high professional level, and good personal relationships are essential.
You will actively help optimize and support the scaling of our online platform and thus be a guarantor of stability, strong functionality, and agility.
Our tech stack consists of:
A typical day at the office
As a developer at Webshipper, you work primarily on the Webshipper platform, and our many shipping carriers, e-commerce, and ERP integrations. The platform is based on Ruby on Rails, but experience with other coding languages is also a plus.
Your skilled colleagues will guide you through a possible technology shift.
You will primarily spend your time developing core functionality in the Webshipper platform, and you will therefore have undisturbed and dedicated development time during office hours.
You will have the necessary time set aside to solve tasks to perfection, as we take pride in delivering the best-in-class product.
We use the Kanban methodology together with elements from SCRUM, and thus work with ongoing task prioritization.
Your profile
You love to develop and work with open-source. You are talented and have an easy time getting acquainted with new technologies. It is natural for you to work independently, and you are used to putting quality and thoroughness high in your work.
You have experience with Test Driven Development and like working in a small company where the sky's the limit, and anything is possible.
You
You can be self-taught, a computer scientist, or something in between.
In short: We don't care about a fancy education. We care about talent and dedication.
Nice to have
Experience with AWS, DevOps, Linux server administrations, and Kubernetes is a definite plus.
