About the role / Segment As a service organization, we help our customers improve their products, their business profitability, and their sustainability with the help of Siemens Digital Industries Software portfolio. Link.
Our team consists of 30+ experienced consultants, many of them experts in their domain, and we work with large and mid-size customers in the Nordic Region. Our product portfolio is growing continuously, providing ample opportunities for personal development. Joining us will be a phenomenal learning experience, an experience we share as a team.
Area of responsibility You will be the point person for crafting product lifecycle solutions and helping customers realize their vision within their industry. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, technical leadership skills, process improvement skills as well as Teamcenter skills. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor on architectural design with our customers. In this capacity you will address business problems and architect solutions that solves the customer issues and requirements. Through this you will ensure value delivery throughout the projects and the various project solutions.
As part of the Professional Services team, you will work with Consultants, Product Architects, Project Managers, Industry Experts and Product Development teams to ensure project and customer success. You will also support our Sales organization in exploring new opportunities.

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience of working as Solution Architect within Product Lifecycle Management, preferably within Teamcenter.
- Experience as Solution Architect within mid to large PLM projects
- Understanding of business processes and challenges within digitalization
- Proven leadership qualities
- Professional level of English and Swedish language
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience of working with implementation of PLM systems in an integrated landscape where PLM is interacting with ERP and MOM
- Experience of working with implementation of PLM systems that support multiple engineering domains, such as Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Service Engineering
- Expert level understanding of Teamcenter
- Swedish citizenship
