Then we encourage you to apply for the job as cLEAN Partner at Novo Nordisk API QA in Kalundborg. The position LEAN, or cLEAN® as it is called in Novo Nordisk, is more than just a set of tools. It is a culture and a mindset that is continuously developed in our organization. Your focus will be to improve the cLEAN® standards, coach managers, manage projects, being at shoopfloor and take ownership in developing the cLEAN® strategy. You will be a cLEAN® partner to our three QA production departments that covers the API production in Kalundborg and our CVP of API QA. You will need to work across the production sites in API supporting the QA departments that is located within all production sites in API. About the department Our department, API QA Strategy office, is in Kalundborg and consists of 12 dedicated and highly talented employees. The department will be expanding over the next couple of years, so a lot of new colleagues will join and help us being a Business Support function that must support our QA organization in API. We always ensure a high level of quality in close cooperation with our stakeholders and the rest of the QA Organization. Our team, API QA Strategy Office covers project management, Finance, data intelligence, IT/digitalization, audit/inspection and training across API QA. Required Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will have a LEAN toolbox second to none and you will bring in experience from working on the shopfloor. You are comfortable in engaging and proactively coaching and advising stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Besides, we value your experience in teaching LEAN principles, systems, tools, and LEAN Behaviors to all levels in the organization and bring practical experience in analyzing data and trends. You are a team player but are not scared of working on your own when you coach and challenge leaders or collect data in the production. You hold an academic degree with a relevant subject matter (engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business management or project management) You are good at connecting with people at all levels of the organization and have an eye for stakeholder management. You are a great inspirator and good at motivating people for a change. You have strong coaching skills and are good at giving feedback. You possess strong strategic and analytical skills, persistent by nature and with a ‘’can-do-attitude’. You are fluent in English and can communicate orally in Danish. You are experienced in implementing optimization projects and you naturally involve and motivate your customers to realize the business targets. You are an inspiration to those around you, but also manage to challenge people around you in an empathic and respectful way. You do not back down when people challenge you and people see you as a front runner. Desired Qualifications Preferably, you are familiar with our NN LEAN tools and thinking way like Systematic Problem Solving, coaching, Value Stream Mapping, Yamazumi, and you have a strong data mindset. Experience as a manager or a project manager, being responsible of coaching and developing employees and leaders.
