The position
As our new Implementation Partner, you will be part of a newly established Community of Practice (CoP) with the purpose of implementing Manufacturing Intelligence (MI) solutions across the global production facilities in Novo Nordisk. For Novo Nordisk to truly harvest the benefit of process digitalisation and MI, a strengthened focus on anchoring, organisational change management, and collaboration with the sites will be key, and this is where you come in.You will on a daily basis act as point of contact with shopfloor and make sure to follow through and follow up on the implementation of our MI products. You will be part of a specific product team and act as partner for the roll-out of that specific product, while also be an active member of the Implementation CoP.Main responsibilities of the Implementation Partner are:
  • Acting as project manager on implementations and collaborate with Operators and Skilled Workers on shopfloor to design, configure, implement, and secure value realisation
  • Interacting with key stakeholders such as site Directors, LEAN partners and Team Leads to ensure a strong collaboration with our international sites
  • Leading the training of users on site, and ensure the right level of OCM throughout the implementation
  • Making simple configurations and set-up equipment (phone, iPads, boards etc.)
  • Understanding process flows and line configuration and be able to challenge breakdown structure and line overview
  • Being responsible for measuring and following up on business value realisation

  • You will also be part of establishing best practice toolbox for implementations.

    Qualifications
    We are looking for an ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in most of the following skills and experiences:
  • University degree within e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience from Project Manager, Change Manager or Business Analyst role
  • Experience with project and stakeholder management
  • You are a strong facilitator and communicator
  • Experience from working with organisational change management and LEAN optimisation
  • It is an advantage if you have worked with implementation of digital solutions

  • As our corporate language is English, we expect you to be fluent both in written and spoken. As this is a global role, it is an advantage if you also speak other languages, especially Chinese, Portuguese, or French. Due to our global presence, you should be ready to travel to our global sites on a frequent basis.

    About the department
    The MI organisation is responsible for driving programme and product management of the central manufacturing intelligence portfolio, servicing manufacturing shop floor. The team is responsible for DevOps and harmonising the manufacturing intelligence product portfolio with the aim for seamless integration of digital products in Line of Business.
