Then this is a great opportunity for you to shape and set your own footprint at Factory of the Future. The Department We are responsible for the packaging of our Ozempic® and Wegovy® medical devices. While we continuously improve and upgrade our equipment, we are also a launch site with responsibility for implementing and validating new products and production equipment. Finally, we are also deeply involved in capacity expansions, and we are currently in the early project stages of building a completely new packaging line. The Job We have an open position in Back Office. The team is highly engaged and skilled. They are tasked with complex problem solving which require deep technical knowledge and high compliance and validation insight. The team is responsible for shut down activities which are managed as pit stop manoeuvres to minimize production downtime. Your colleagues offer expert knowledge and sparring in mechanics, automation, project management, validation, and compliance. The job will embrace a variety of tasks - e.g., optimisation, implementation, and documentation – all linked up to process validation. Qualifications You are project oriented and offer a solid technical understanding of manufacturing equipment with insight into GMP, validation and computerised equipment. You understand interfaces between systems, as well as human and machine interaction and can build a bridge between the needs of your colleagues and automated solutions.
