We are expanding our Project Controls team with 5-10 Senior/Project Controllers to work for our owner and customer Novo Nordisk as they are expanding their facilities in Kalundborg. The position is based in Kalundborg or Virum, so you can expect days working closely together with our customer and close to the project on site, and other days remote. This means, we also expect you live and work in Denmark.

How you might spend your days
We are expanding our Project Controls team with 5-10 Senior/Project Controllers to work for our owner and customer Novo Nordisk as they are expanding their facilities in Kalundborg. Your daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage Project Controls at all levels and you will often take up a position as Project Controls Manager with a team of 3-5 people within the Project organization.
- Lead all financials issues in a holistic perspective and related activities in single projects or portfolio of projects. Ensure correct financial management and reporting to establish best possible foundation for profitable and lean project execution.
- Ensure that activities are performed in accordance with project controls procedures. Ensure that relevant project members are familiar with the methods and that use of these is clearly communicated to project organization e.g.
- Project Performance Report, plan and monitor cashflow, follow up on milestones, bonus/penalty, risk, forecast of project staffing and procurement items, Earned Value Management, Profit & Loss calculation.
- By your strong personal and professional skills, you will constructively and proactively challenge, push back and take ownership on delivering accurate reports.
The position is based in Kalundborg or Virum, so you can expect days working closely together with our customer and close to the project on site, and other days remote. This means, we also expect you live and work in Denmark.

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Experienced Cost Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Senior Cost Controller, Project Controls Manager or the like.
- Have an educational background (Bachelor) within Economics or as technical engineer.
- Have experience within Project Planning, Project Risk Management, Tender / Contract Management.
- Know of PIMS, NAV, SAP, Excel, Power point, and MS Projects.
- Are experienced in the use of Earned Value Management methodology.
