You will be joining a cluster within Supply Chain Business Support & Monitoring in Supply Chain. The unit is responsible for supporting our supply chain management and Novo Nordisk senior management with status on strategic supply/demand challenges as well as drive optimization projects supporting our core processes and monitoring hereof.
You will become part of a team of highly skilled colleagues with high engagement and focus on delivering strong results. It is a newly established team consisting of different roles and profiles but with the same purpose of supporting our Novo Nordisk Supply Chain.
Coming into this new team you will have the opportunity to both develop how we work and join a team with a diverse and inclusive mindset.The positionWe are looking for a Business Partner to act as a trusted partner to the Supply Chain Management, collaborate closely with business units across the entire Novo Nordisk value chain, including the supply chain organisation, production sites and our commercial areas throughout the world. You will analyse and prepare decision material for upper management on key supply/demand topics, ensuring that strategic decisions are taken.You will be:Maturing our senior management decision material on Supply Chain health and review of the business Pro-actively engaging with key stakeholders to develop and ensure the right storyline and facilitate data validity Ensuring process excellence with focus on reliability, purpose, and standardisation Finally, you will be engaged in delivering support to senior management of Product Supply, ensuring that business-critical topics are addressed proactively and supported by robust processes.You will drive and improve the processes and governance of senior management decision material, ensuring that business-critical topics are addressed proactively and supported by robust processes.The job offers frequent senior management interaction and engagements across the organisation, allowing you to build a strong network while driving activities.Being part of a small and agile team, we expect you to be a strong team player, who enjoys delivering on short deadlines as much as driving larger deliverables for senior management and other key stakeholders and fora – consistently of highest quality.Qualifications

At the same time, you are a team-player and value close cooperation and knowledge sharing.You have a demonstrated ability to switch between careful planning and flexible here-and-now solutioning and you manage to keep the overview while dealing with details.We are looking for a candidate with:A master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a similar field At least 5+ years of experience within the field (preferred) or alternatively, experience within consultancy, or a combination Strong business acumen, with an eye for simplifying complex information Experience working with deliverables for senior level management Excellent stakeholder management skills and can act as a business partner to senior management and drive own strategic activities A quality mindset with a good eye for details and data As a person, you are a fast learner and work proactively and independently. You thrive in multifaceted decision-making environments, and you can translate complex business information into clear management presentations.
