In this exciting position you will be a member of the Management group in our 1.5mL Assembly department. You will be responsible for 13 operators working on 9 shifts (day and night) – but with the prospect of having to increase the number of shifts in the future as this assembly line just went from validation state to production as the newest Line in IFP Hillerød. In this fairly new production team, your main task will be to establish a stabile performance baseline in close collaboration with the RampUp team – to ensure fulfilment of product demand. Furthermore, there will be a need for a naturally close collaboration with the team leader on the other assembly lines to share experience, support and ensure the overall delivery from assembly to packaging – this is key for obtaining the overall targets. You will together with your employees and colleagues be responsible to further develop and maintain qualifications and motivation in the team and department.
Qualifications To succeed in this position, you:
  • Have at least 2 years of managerial experience
  • Have a natural drive against optimization and reach targets
  • Are fluent in Danish and English
  • Have genuine interest and understanding of human factors
  • Have strong communication and collaboration skills – towards employees, peers, and stakeholders
  • Are an efficient problem solver – using Lean tools
  • Have the ability and desire to work with the rest of the management team to build a department with your strategic and innovative approach
  • On a personal level, you are able, to look at the broader picture and coach and provide guidance to those you lead and your colleagues in the management team. You are a systematic and clear communicator and thrive working autonomously whilst still in close collaboration with your peers. In busy periods, you are able, to keep the overview and set direction through aligned priorities. You believe in the potential of Lean leadership, are curious and driven to achieve first class results on a site where we have the desire to move to the next level. About the department The department consists of 80 dedicated employees divided into 5 teams handling both production, review, technical maintenance, and handling of quality related task such as validation of both existing lines and new lines coming in. As Novo Nordisk Launch site, we are responsible for the assembly of Medical Devices for injection of medicine used for treatment of Diabetes and Obesity. Our tasks are to handle high complex assignments – e.g., ensure product release for our customers and overall product compliance, and improvement to our processes.
