About the department You will join Injectable Finished Production (IFP) Strategy & Operational Excellence which is a part of IFP Business Support located in Bagsværd - an international and high-performing area consisting of around 40 people from around 10 different countries. The Strategy & Operational Excellence department is responsible for driving the direction and strategy implementation for the Injectable Finished Product organisation based on different areas of expertise as project management, environmental partners, process experts and digitalisation specialists. Therefore, to ensure IFP stays the competitive choice for Novo Nordisk and delivers robust performance, the Business Intelligence team – part of the Strategy & Operational Excellence department – is a key enabler to ensure strong data foundation, digital innovation, and analytical insights across our various stakeholders
The position
As Finance BI partner you will be part of the Business Intelligence team, in the Strategy & Operational excellence department, a team consisted by BI partners that are key to shape the digital future of IFP into the different functional areas (supply chain, environmental strategy, finance, business production...). Your main responsibilities will include: Supporting the Finance department, your key stakeholders. You will be key player into drive their digital transformation through implementation of relevant BI solutions, strong quality data foundation and innovative mindset. Using your analytical skills to understand a complex business setup, facilitate strategy development, improve financial process through digitalisation and to drive bold targets for our business as well as for an even stronger LEAN culture. You will be the key data partner of this development in IFP. Transforming data into insights that are translated into business value. Navigating and partner with a broad and complex stakeholder portfolio, focusing on data analytics and creating transparency on operational challenges Developing or implementing new ways, methods and incorporates a high degree of change management and motivational work with stakeholders Since you will join an international team, please consider that the role will include some amount of travel to meet and work with our global sites.
Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: A Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Business Analytics, or another relevant subject A digital-savvy mindset, and you see challenges such as technical troubles or knowledge limitations as an opportunity to learn more Experience in manipulating and analysing complex, high-volume data assets from varying data sources Proven knowledge in data preparation, blending, and automation tools such Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, Qliksense will be highly considered A combination of strong analytical mindset, financial-background and problem-solving expertise
