The job Your primary tasks will be to perform maintenance, troubleshooting and optimization on both plant and process equipment, as well as participate in the planning and implementation of various changes. You will be co-responsible for the operation of the area's BMS system (Siemens Desigo Insight), which monitors the site's refrigeration, HVAC, compressed air, heating and domestic water systems, alarm collection points, etc. We are currently looking for several colleagues with different levels of experience
The tasks will be related to: Localizing the cause of unstable regulation on systems, e.g. unstable temperature and/or humidity control. Daily operation of BMS systems, which includes daily follow-up on alarms, troubleshooting in case of breakdowns. Project planning of Life Cycle Management of HVAC. Ongoing dialog with users in production. Participation in large and small projects where you will have the opportunity to provide input, approve the chosen solution and be close to the implementation Depending on your experience and the composition of the team, you will have more responsibility in either plant replacement or plant control/regulation. Qualifications To be successful in the role of ventilation technician, we expect you to have the following qualifications: Preferably a technical background, such as technician, plumbing and installation technician or engineer. Relevant experience working with HVAC or BMS systems in a production environment, Experience with planning maintenance tasks in a regulatory complex setup - possibly from the food industry, pharma or perhaps oil and gas extraction. Good IT skills with experience in SAP. Fluency in written and spoken English. Furthermore, to thrive in the job, it is important that you work independently and like to tackle tasks, even when they are not laid out in front of you. You are assertive, goal-oriented and take pride in driving and completing tasks by the given deadlines. You can keep several balls in the air while maintaining an overview and understand how to collaborate across the organization. About the department IM1 is the factory in the world where most of the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) used in many of Novo Nordisk's quality products are produced. We work in a multi-line setup where several different products can be delivered at the same time - and this places great demands on the maintenance of our equipment, not to mention the planning of it. Because we work at near-maximum capacity, there are often very tight margins for when and how maintenance processes can be carried out - and it's only with skillful planning that we prevent downtime when our craftsmen and technicians need to perform the required tasks. Because so many links in the production chain rely on our work, we pride ourselves on delivering on time, every time.
