The positions are based in DD&IT Operations - an area with 300+ employees distributed across more than 25 countries, managing our infrastructure operations and digital workplace services. The department consists of highly qualified Information Technology Engineers, Technicians and IT-Architects who are responsible for IT infrastructure for all Novo’s factories around the world. Our team is working in close co-operation with Novo Nordisk in Bangalore, India, and external vendors. We have a strong focus on collaboration, we are curious, and we are embracing new ideas on how to deliver projects successfully. We are on a journey applying agile ways of working in our organisation, and our IT deliverables are according to the SAFE framework with agile teams running sprints/iterations. The positions
We are starting up a brand new team handling Microsoft Hyper-V and you will be responsible for the operation in this new operating team. Together with the team you will handling critical Hyper-V infrastructure used in our production facilities. You will handle operation and changes in close corporation with factory system responsible and application vendor.
You will be engaged in solution design, implementation, documentation and qualification activities, life cycle management and daily operation tasks. Tasks could be:
• Plan infrastructure maintenance together with factory system responsible and vendor
• Setting direction on new implementations together with factory system responsible and vendor
• Infrastructure Capacity management The successful candidate will have opportunity to work from either Bagsværd or Kalundborg, with flexibility to work from home some of the time. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• An education as B.Sc or any higher qualification, with IT or an analytical field
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V operation for business-critical systems or similar knowledge within Microsoft Windows Server operation
• Experience within Microsoft Windows Server, network topology and network security
• Stakeholder management – to understand internal dependencies in our processes and engagement with the Novo factories to define and prioritize the tasks.
• Understanding of standard IT infrastructure technologies is required
