Value Proposition Manager


Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative and passionate Value proposition Manager to join our fantastic and successful Team. The role will report to the Marketing Director.

This is a newly created position within Marketing, as Verisure is growing and building a talented and passionate Team! This is your chance to visibly impact on Verisure’s growth and the development of a best in class organization.

Strategic context and Value proposition


Over the past years, Verisure has experienced an exceptional and resilient financial performance with a very long track record of double-digit growth - thanks to continuous drive for Innovation, our very sophisticated Go To Market and replicable business model for expansion into new countries. Our strong and visionary Management Team is now supporting the business’ next phase of growth with a robust business plan for value creation.

As a core component of its strategy, Verisure has been doubling down on its Technology investments, both organically and through acquisitions. A growing and talented Technology team is now in place and we expect a very strong pipeline of new products and services within the next few years.

Key responsibilities

As a Value Proposition Manager, you would be working on many different subjects- Market research, competition, segmentation, different sales/training materials, organizational alignment and liaise with field sales department to achieve the best possible value proposition design.

Examples of day to day tasks

  • Perform strategic diagnostics on value proposition needs
  • Support market research – trends, price elasticity, focus group…
  • Close follow up on competition (direct and broad)
  • Define positioning and strategy
  • Provide input and align on implementation

Experiences and Qualifications


We see this role as critical for the achievement of Verisure’s growth. As result we are looking for a high potential / top performer individual with a sound commercial judgement and understanding. Perhaps you’ve been in a consulting role and are interested in moving into a business to put into practice what you’ve learned, or perhaps you’ve been in a Go To Market or business development role in a service industry such as telco or insurances

Some of the other things we are looking for are:

  • 3-4 years’ experience in commercial product management, consulting or go to market roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in liaising with different areas, with a passion for technology and the home access space as a big plus
  • Experience in multi-national and multi-cultural environment
  • Full proficiency in English and Danish

  • Excellent written and oral presentation and communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills to drive insights through metrics presenting conclusions effectively. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, backing up proposals with good data

  • Ability to understand and apply highly relevant commercial judgement to business decisions
  • Effective time project management skills - proven track record of getting things done and leading projects to measurable impact
