We are currently looking for an ambitious Process Supporter with a can-do attitude to join our highly skilled production unit, dedicated to making a difference for people living with Haemophilia and other chronic disorders. Apply today and join our team! The Position You will be part of the Recovery and Purification Support team, which consists of 12 highly skilled colleagues. The team offers a social and informal, yet focused and dynamic environment, where succeeding together is central. As a process supporter your key responsibilities will be to support running production. You will ensure that the process follows Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and will play a key role in activities supporting release of product. You will take part in the day-to-day problem solving and ensure that continuous improvements are implemented. We expect you to welcome hands-on tasks and to have a nag for understanding the production process. You will be delivering excellent results and help us fulfil our ambition to start producing new products and securing stable production. Your tasks will include:
  • Troubleshooting related to the daily manufacturing and release of product
  • Supporting production including required documentation in accordance with the current standards and legislations, change requests and deviations
  • Coordination of activities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Initiate problem solving (A3) for observed deviations or other issues in the production
  • Improvement activities, to ensure that we do things in a smart, simple, and environmentally responsible way
  • Qualifications To be considered for this position you have:
  • An academic degree within relevant engineering field such as biotechnology, chemical engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience with production or development of pharmaceutical products along with an ability to understand the processes and equipment is considered a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of Danish (or willingness to learn) and English both written and spoken.
  • Good communication skills that enable you to have a strong cooperation with stakeholders across the organization.
  • As a person, you have a positive attitude and are proactive in your work and will never compromise on quality. To succeed you need to be able to work independently and keep a cool head and make decisions in a busy work environment where the agenda changes frequently. About the Department You will be part of a dynamic business area that produces Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for patients across the world. BRD API Denmark Production Department 050 consists of 110 employees split into six teams and staff function. We are situated in building 25K in Hillerød and are growing our business and looking into an exciting future as a multi-product facility which will expand our department and welcome new talent, competencies, and personalities.
