About the Department The Global Medical Affairs department at Novo Nordisk is committed to fully integrating digital multichannel communication into our educational activities and ongoing medical dialogue with the scientific community. The Medical Multichannel Engagement team is a growing team of 10 highly experienced professionals responsible for developing digital communication channels, content, and engaging with the scientific community internationally and in select markets to reach new and broader audiences.
The Position As a Multichannel Engagement Partner, you will work with a senior team member and together advise our global medical teams on content strategy. You will individually project manage the development of medical communication campaigns for multiple digital channels in close collaboration with our priority markets, legal, compliance, and agency partners. Your responsibilities will include Identifying, developing, and delivering multichannel communication activities in support of the Global Medical Affairs strategy
Utilise data to optimize performance, identify new areas of opportunity, and continually seek to understand the impact of these activities.
Qualifications Our ideal candidate would be a natural communicator and enjoy working with people from many cultures, professional backgrounds, and mindsets. Having an outgoing with a positive and entrepreneurial mindset would definitely be an asset. Relevant Master's level degree (communications, business, IT or similar)
2- 3 years of professional experience with multichannel/omnichannel campaign development (inbound, web, email, paid media, SoMe etc.) Experience from a pharmaceutical company or a medcomms/digital/creative agency will be an added advantage
Knowledge in digital strategy development and converting strategies into tactical plans
Strong emphasis on customer journey development and data-based optimization
Experience overcoming barriers & driving cultural change in large organizations
