The Position As Associate Manager in Technology Innovation within Oral Finished Products (OFP), you will build up a new team focusing on increasing the technology footprint within Process Digitalisation, Extended Reality and Robotics & Advanced Automation. The team currently consist of 4 team members but is expected to grow significantly in size. As our new Associate Manager your main responsibilities will be to:
  • Build up a strong performing team with highly skilled and motivated employees.

  • Lead and represent the team and secure alignment with key stakeholders.

  • Drive the agenda within process digitalisation, extended reality and robotics & advanced automation, together with your unit and stakeholders.

  • Ensure the team delivers value adding solution to OFP in an efficient way.

  • Strengthen the collaboration with similar units in Novo Nordisk.

  • You will set the direction within the technology domains, acquiring new competences and skills to the team to meet future needs, and contribute to the overall development of the Technology Innovation department. This role offers great potential for driving the technology agenda within the oral area and ensure communication and dialogue to a broad audience within Novo Nordisk. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • A master’s degree within a relevant field, e.g., digitalisation, engineering, IT or similar.

  • Experience from the pharmaceutical, food or other highly regulated industry.

  • Proven track record of working within digitalisation, e.g., as Product Owner, Digitalisation Partner, Digitalisation Project Manager or similar.

  • Leadership experience is an advantage.

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies is an advantage.

  • Fluency in English both oral and written and speaking or understanding Danish will be an advantage.

  • As a person you are a team player and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You are self-driven, proactive, curious, and resilient. You have the capacity to see unreleased potential in new ideas, and you are change driven. You have a strong flair for stakeholder management and networking. About the Department The position is anchored in the Technology Innovation Unit within OFP Manufacturing Development, whose key mission is to redefine our manufacturing approach by creating a fully data driven and continuous process for oral tablet formulation and optimise the manufacturing production and analysis from end to end. We aim to create a new paradigm that will alter the approach to drug development by redesigning and digitalising the processes. The department is growing, and we are currently around 20 highly skilled colleagues with different professional backgrounds ranging from developers, product owners and project managers. We are divided into 3 teams – all in a build-up phase. With the rapid advancement within digitalisation, we are expanding our department and bringing in new competences and skills.
