Device Manufacturing & Sourcing (DMS) is looking to expand the team with a test and project coordinator to facilitate smooth execution of optimisation projects - both large and small scale. You will be an essential part of helping us develop the advanced high-volume automated lines producing our newest injection devices. You will be part of a team of highly skilled engineers that support our global production network (Denmark/US/China/Europe). We handle improvements, upgrades, and expansion of production capacity with a global production perspective.
Your tasks will among others be to: Act as project coordinator for our team of specialists Identify, drive, and coordinate improvement projects, test activities, and systematic problem solving Collaborate across many functional areas and with people from different backgrounds Qualifications To be successful in this role: You don’t have to be a technical expert, but you should have technical understanding. We are looking for someone that has a technical academic degree, proven project management/coordination experience and familiarity with LEAN toolbox and visualization. You are proficient in English, written and verbally. Moreover, to succeed in this role, is an advantage but not a requirement to have knowledge in the following: Data cleaning and analysis Tableau, Alteryx and PowerApps Production or operational environments High precision automation and image recognition systems GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) As a person, you have a proactive approach, and you are good at stakeholder management. You can work flexibly as required when working in a production environment and you can inspire team engagement. Some travelling is to be expected (approximately 10%) About the department
You will join DMS (Device Manufacturing & Sourcing) in Hillerød, Denmark. Being a part of DMS at Novo Nordisk means working with a vital part of Novo Nordisk’s global delivery to our patients.
We are currently around 140 colleagues and work in 5 teams, and we are expanding.
We produce the mechanical Motor Module in Novo Nordisk’s newest prefilled devices FlexTouch® and FlexPro®. The department is also a driver in the development, start-up and service of new production facilities (pilot-projects) in both Denmark and globally. We deliver large quantities and produces 24/7 to our sister factories in Diabetes Finished Products and Biopharmaceuticals. We ensure high quality components at a competitive cost for our customers.
