In this role, you will lead the population and review of master data into systems while coordinating collections, approvals and publication of sales item data to the global business.
Your tasks will include:
You will become a part of a small and professionally diverse team of five, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Technical & Regulatory Services.

Quality must be essential to you, and the ideal candidate will be structured, process oriented and pay good attention to detail.

The position
In this role, you will lead the population and review of master data into systems while coordinating collections, approvals and publication of sales item data to the global business.
Your tasks will include:
- creating data in D365 (sales numbers, raw material numbers, packaging numbers, technical numbers, and promo items)
- creating data for customers (prices and logistics)
- case management with both weekly and daily flow controlling to relevant stakeholders
- reviewing and completing data sets
- providing consultancy and training for users of master data term sets and systems in order to ensure that best practice is applied to standard way of working across the organization
- working in project teams and provide expert knowledge on master data opportunities and limitations for the different initiatives
You will become a part of a small and professionally diverse team of five, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Technical & Regulatory Services.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you:
- have at least five years of experience with master data management from a similar position and have a proven track record within master data projects, stakeholder management, and process optimization.
- understand demand, supply, distribution, and replenishment planning, and consider yourself to be an expert when it comes to working with master data ERP systems and data sets
- are fluent in both English and Danish (written and verbal)
- Furthermore, it is considered an advantage if you have previously worked with GS1
