With a solid understanding of Mortgage's end-to-end business process and the technical user experience, you will be a part of a team in Roskilde and Warsaw, which owns the Mortgage solution and is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Mortgage solution. Our daily work focuses on a good user experience, stable operation and improving the technical platform and compliance requirements.
As a business analyst, you will support our banks in using the solution and handling incidents from the banks. You will be helping to build bridges between IT and the business to improve our daily support and maintenance work and the Mortgage solution in general.
The team consist of software engineers, business analysts and testers and is a part of the Mortgage Program, with includes 4 Mortgage teams.
You will be based in Roskilde as part of team Mortgage 1 in the Mortgage program. Even though you will be placed in Mortgage 1, you will also work across the 4 Mortgage teams.
Mortgage solution for BEC’s banks is used on Totalkredit’s new Mortgage Universe and provides a first-class solution for bank advisors when handling mortgage solutions for customers.
Mortgage 1 is a foundation team and we work together with the 3 other feature teams. Mortgage 1 is responsible for the system and stable operation. The feature teams are responsible for developing the future mortgage solution for BEC’s banks.
We have chosen to work in an agile setup inspired by the SAFe agile framework for planning.
In Mortgage we work with case types as e.g. supplementary loans, e-Redemption, Change of Ownership and the integration to the Land registration service in Denmark (Tinglysningsløsningen hos Domstolsstyrelsen).
All 4 Mortgage teams are a split between Denmark & Poland. In Mortgage 1 we are 12 passionate employees - 5 employees in Poland and 7 in Denmark.
Primary task and responsibilities
In the position as business analyst you will work closely with other business analysts, customers, product owner and developers in the team. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:

Preferably, you have an educational background at master level or a similar bank related education. You are an experienced business analyst, who like to get deep into a the business domain and have already experience working with the Mortgage area and working in a support function.

- Be a key part in defining the Danish Mortgage Platform
- Support customers when they report incidents or ask questions
- Inform and communicate with the customers with a service-minded approach
- Cooperation and communication with all stakeholders, like product owners and banks
- Cooperation with developers on a daily basis to provide detailed understanding of incidents and requirements in regards to supporting the banks
- Define and refine user stories in cooperation with the customers and the product owner
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Define and complete implementation activities for our customers
- Knowledge sharing with the other business analysts in Mortgage
