The teams are eager to improve their current practices and leverage new capabilities in an effort to drive better (observable) quality in the final products. What’s in it for you? As our Test Lead you will get the opportunity to: Improve Product test & verification strategy Drive implementation of test & verification strategy Maintain guidance & best practice on technical testing Drive test-driven development implementation Maintain technical metrices and related dashboards Maintain overview of the deliverables the test strategy is related to. Maintain and set direction on test strategy covering unit, integration, system, performance, load, compatibility and recovery testing. Obtain input to test strategy on Stress testing, Data integrity testing, Usability testing (e.g. Formative testing and Summative testing), Verification of Installation, Operations Verification, RISK control verification to ensure a complete and comprehensive test strategy that can be used for sharing with relevant stakeholders at any time. Keep up to date with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and technologies and maintain overview of test tools used and supporting test strategy. Evaluating and maintain overview of vendors used and supporting test strategy in coordination with the Quality Manager. Ensure input to Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the software meets the required quality standards and specifications. Collaborate with the development team to implement automated testing and continuous integration. Participate in code reviews to ensure good alignment with test coverage of both unit and system integration tests Drive the non-functional requirement related to performance, security and installation requirements. What you bring to the table The successful candidate has: experience with agile software development projects in regulated industries where compliance and documentation are treated as key artifacts together with working software in the delivery process. high level understanding of how to build software, ideally from a previous role as software developer ability to drive implementation of test strategy focusing on automating and pushing test activities to be performed as early as possible. have experience with test-driven development. transform and reduce the late-stage verification activities to be documented and based on early well-structured, traced and managed test cases, execution and reporting. ensure all technical testing are performed according to guidance. be responsible for maintaining relevant best practice around testing and verification. be responsible for establishing and maintaining technical metrices and related dashboards linked to our release pipelines to ensure continuous overview of technical quality of the product. This work will be in close collaboration with the Release Manager. the ability to collaborate with project members to define ways of working and usage of tools to ensure continuous build of artifacts and testable software to allow the teams for high level of automation. What are we looking for The ideal candidate has: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software quality control. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, and Jenkins. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
