As Senior Cleaning Validation Scientist your primary responsibility will be focused on: Cleaning Validations Cleaning qualifications Design of cleaning processes System verifications, change requests, and validation deviations We expect you to have solid experience in defining best practices and that you are highly motivated by influencing how the cleaning processes should be designed and constructed. As Senior capacity, we also expect you to support the development and training of your colleagues with your knowledge. In this role, it is obviously important to have an eye for optimizing our cleaning processes and procedures, in both existing and newly established factories. You will be playing a key role in securing that we comply with the predefined requirements of our quality management system and that we work systematically according to the LEAN principles implemented in the department. You will therefore have daily contact with the Quality Assurance, Production, Development, Laboratories and Technical Support.
Qualifications In the role of Senior Cleaning Validation Scientist, we are looking for a candidate with several years of experience in: Cleaning validation and qualification, Design of cleaning processes, System verification, and deep expertise in cleaning processes and cleaning equipment – preferably from the pharmaceutical industry. We also expect you to have: Have an educational background as an engineer, Cand. scient, Cand. Pharm - or technical background with many years of practical production experience. Experience with the production of pharmaceuticals, food, or fuel/gas and knowledge of the LEAN principles is an advantage in both positions. Any related experience with production equipment (tanks, pumps, valves etc.), automation/coding, data analysis, and industry 4.0 initiatives is also seen as a big plus. Some knowledge of reading and writing Danish is a plus on the job, but in daily life, we speak English as we have international colleagues

About the department
The purification Plant (PP) in Kalundborg consists of 4 individual plants for purifying insulin and GLP1. With more than 600 employees PP has its own laboratory, maintenance department, and business support. The Cleaning Support Team consists of 19 highly skilled and dedicated colleagues who support 4 factories and major investment projects in PS API. As the team, the department, and the entire Kalundborg site is expanding massively over the next few years, there will be a lot of opportunities for our new colleagues to develop both professionally and personally.
