Then, you might be our new Automation Specialist, who will contribute to the optimization and support of our production facilities, as well as quality assurance of our products. For this position, we are looking for a person with an automation background for our support team servicing the Finished Dosage Form (FDF) department.
The role and your responsibilities :
You will become part of the Business Intelligence, Operation Technology & Automation department in Technical Service. A team responsible for production systems and automation. The team consists of 14 committed colleagues, four of whom are also Automation Specialists. In the team, the tone is always helpful and relaxed.
As Automation Specialist, you will be a key person in relation to production, which is distributed across different production units and spans several types of systems. You will be involved in optimization projects from idea to implementation, and you will have a say in relation to your work tasks, where both your wishes and competences will be taken into account. You will be part of a team that works cross-functionally with both own and shared tasks and projects.
We expect you to contribute at a high technical level within automation and to have experience with cGMP environments or come from another relevant industry, such as the food industry. It is important that you have an understanding of quality assurance and are passionate about doing things right.
Your overall responsibility and primary tasks will be to deliver knowledge and solutions to our colleagues in production. There is a great desire to and focus on ensuring the optimization potential in production and also in Technical Service. Therefore, you will help in contributing to success in both the production environments and in your own department.
Concrete tasks in the position can be, e.g.:
- support for production in the form of troubleshooting and implementation of optimal solutions
- project support in connection with automation projects in collaboration with the project department
- preparation of requirements specifications, change cases and other documentation
- coordination in relation to production and professional delivery
- rope holder or executor on a number of operation-related projects
- participate in inspections and audits
- reporting and follow-up on specific projects.
We expect you to:
Have a background as an engineer, for example high current, IT or mechanical engineer, installer, high current technician or equivalent. You are fluent in written and spoken English. Danish is not a requirement. You are structured, committed, and thrive in a fast-paced workplace. In addition, you can work at all organizational levels and are a positive partner for our production units.
As everyday life is changeable in relation to the pace of production, it is important that you thrive with having a changeable workday and are able to take responsibility as well as show great flexibility and patience.
You are familiar with several of the following systems: Intouch, Aveva/Wonderware, DeltaV, Rockwell or the Siemens S7 family. Furthermore, it will be a great advantage if you have knowledge of databases and SQL as well as the use of data through Crystal Reports and Microsoft Report Builder.
