With a direct reference to the Head of System & Process Management, you will join a team consisting of 10 dedicated colleagues. The team is responsible for a broad range of working areas, united around supporting the project delivery and service of customer solutions through contract management, process management, digitalization and automation of processes, continuous improvement projects, and creating transparency in our operations and financial profitability.
A job with focus on Process Management and Optimization
The purpose of the job as Project Controller is to manage the administrative and financial aspects of the Service contracts (customers), including timely and accurate invoicing, financial reporting and assisting the internal organization on support enquiries. The operational and technical aspects of the contract is owned by the delivery organization.
This role has two focus areas. One being the global process owner and Superuser in the ERP-process, which means that you will be working with colleagues in an international context. Another being responsible for the local portfolio of service contracts through the entire lifecycle of the contract.
Furthermore, it is expected that you can drive the process governance and global standardization in connection to the management of service contracts and lead the development of IT-system requirements from a business perspective.
More specifically, your responsibility will be to:
• Manage the Service contract portfolio financially
• Conduct monthly invoicing of the non-standard Service contracts
• Drive the monthly reporting and performance review for increased performance
• Facilitate the needed financial transparency in relation to the booking/allocation of internal and external cost to Service contracts
• Ensure an adequate control of our contractual basis, contract documents etc.
• Support the organization with ad-hoc enquiries in relation to service contracts and sales process
Personality matters
We are looking for a Project Controller who has a great drive and interest in financial management and controlling of contracts. We imagine that you have a relevant education, combined with a minimum of 3 years of experience from a similar role within finance, economics or business administration, that has provided you with competencies within invoicing, contract management, cost optimization etc.
We expect you to be:
• Analytical, structured and detail oriented by nature
• Curious, investigative and pragmatic in problem solving
• Responsible for meeting deadlines and delivering high quality
• Able to work autonomously, in a team and across the organization
You must be fluent in both English (corporate language) and Danish, both verbally and written to succeed in this role.
