If yes, then you have a great opportunity to become our new Sustainability Ambassador with the main goal to identify and eliminate waste and ensuring a circular approach in the production. The Position As our new Sustainability Ambassador you will be in charge of: Driving the sustainability agenda on a local level and phase in a circular mindset in the production Ensuring recycling where possible and reduce waste Providing input in cross functional projects to ensure a circular approach Identifying sustainability projects in warehouse, production, and packaging Collecting data to ensure correct prioritization and evaluate benefits Moreover, you will work closely with our environmental partner to move Oral Finished Products (OFP) towards a sustainable future, and you will coordinate activities in multi-disciplinary project groups, in which you work closely with experts from a wide range of areas. Qualifications To be successful in the role we expect you to have: A bachelor’s degree in technical or natural sciences or higher Preferably 2-3 years of experience in project management Ability to ensure great stakeholder management Proficiency in Danish end English As a person, you should have a passion for sustainability and circular economy and be a team player that motivate others around you. The good candidate has a detail-oriented mindset and acquire new knowledge quickly. We expect you to have good collaboration- and communication skills, and the aptitude to get the message across with a respectful tone, even if it’s not so pleasant. Finally, we are looking for someone with a result-oriented mindset that take pride in driving tasks forward to meet deadlines. About the Department We are a new factory with increasing production demand. Thus, we are on an upscaling journey where you, as a Sustainability Ambassador, will be responsible for planning and executing projects to ensure sustainable production. You will be part of another journey too, where we as an organisation set new standards, and implementing cutting edge technology within the diabetes treatment area. In our area we can expect new products, processes, and technology in the near-term future. Meaning that we strive to get our new products successfully launched to market and are steadily growing due to our ambitions for the future. Your work will ensure that we implement the correct solution while scaling and innovating. The team your will be part of is expanding and currently consist of 10 talented employees. The department we support is +250 employees.
