You will be responsible for developing our change management toolbox, securing, and implementing adequate change management focus on different internal strategic projects (e.g., implementation of new IT systems, culture and awareness projects, process improvement initiatives, capability building), ensuring a strong people and behaviour emphasis to support adoption and successful implementation.
Collaborating across the global organisation, you will need to apply a holistic approach, determining what activities are required for the specific project, and through alignment and cooperation with key stakeholders, structure these activities in a plan and ensure they are actioned. To be successful you need to exemplify a consultant mindset, adapting the change management activities to the context and stakeholder needs.

How you might spend your days
You will be responsible for developing our change management toolbox, securing, and implementing adequate change management focus on different internal strategic projects (e.g., implementation of new IT systems, culture and awareness projects, process improvement initiatives, capability building), ensuring a strong people and behaviour emphasis to support adoption and successful implementation.
Collaborating across the global organisation, you will need to apply a holistic approach, determining what activities are required for the specific project, and through alignment and cooperation with key stakeholders, structure these activities in a plan and ensure they are actioned. To be successful you need to exemplify a consultant mindset, adapting the change management activities to the context and stakeholder needs.
You will be joining the global Quality and Knowledge Management department where you’ll be:
- Developing and executing change strategies that steer internal development projects towards success.
- Designing and delivering change management activities such as communication packages, concept visualisations, training sessions, user engagement activities
- Assessing and prioritising stakeholder management activities, including analysing impact and gaps
- Coordinating detailed change impact assessment
- Co-creating with others to build ownership and establish a culture and values that are aligned with the company.
- Supporting measurement of adoption and benefit realisation
- Building our organisational capabilities to effectively manage and implement changes
- Developing and continuously improving our in-house change management toolbox

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Relevant educational background e.g., Communication, Change Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with change management, stakeholder management, project management, communication, training, and development at a conceptual, strategic, and operational level.
- Experience from working with change and communication in an international company, executing change management activities
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise within change management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written/spoken), allowing you to make complex material easily digestible
- You are also able to conceptualise key messages in visualisations.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to build great working relationships across borders, cultures, and skill sets.
- Experience with developing visualisations for learning material is a plus
- Experience with applying behavioural design to solution concepts is a plus
