Where you will be working In Novo Nordisk, Development is responsible for managing clinical drug development worldwide aiding Novo Nordisk in driving change to defeat diabetes and other serious chronic diseases through developing innovative and sustainable treatment solutions and making them accessible to patients worldwide. Our area, Data Science Strategic & Digital Development, supports the Data Science organisation with defining and executing its flagship digitalisation initiatives towards enabling our clinical submissions with data insights and realising strategic aspirations. We have fun at work, collaborate with skilled and engaged colleagues while we liaise intensively with other areas across Novo Nordisk as part of the agency of change in digitalising our clinical development process and delivering tangible results for the benefit of our patients. What you will do You will partner with our business drivers across our portfolio of digital transformation initiatives in Data Science, and you will co-own the designing and executing of the change management portfolio necessary for our digital products to deliver successful business outcomes. You will develop and drive a cohesive organisation change management plan that spans the scope of our portfolio of digitalisation projects. You will apply your ability to confidently challenge and influence our business processes for the benefit of the organisation while building credibility and trust by transparency, collaboration, and delivering results. You will be the go-to person and work closely with business leadership at several levels, the project teams and change agents across various business functions in developing, aligning, and tracking the progress of the change roadmap, and providing them with expert advice and support. You will apply your fit-for-purpose portfolio of methodologies and tools in change management, process excellence and organisational transformation to enable our change agents to efficiently execute the change management plan. You will maintain the end-to-end view of key change management activities across our digitalisation projects portfolio ensuring all activities are managed and integrated in line with our business strategy. You will also help secure a common understanding of change impact and plans across our projects and manage stakeholder engagement through various channels of communication, including driving and supporting the development of presentations and communication material. You will champion the use of best practice business change management standards, tools and processes while driving key stakeholder networks of leaders and change agents in creating a change movement and cultural change across Development to enable it to organise for success. You will work with situational flexibility, agility and apply a proactive and open mindset in your approach to executing your responsibilities. What you bring We see our next colleagues as having:
  • Proven capabilities in defining and delivering an overall organisational change management strategy. Drive the portfolio and change management roadmap for digital initiatives. Ensure lasting outcome through lasting change at all levels in the organisation
  • Excellent experience in redefining and refining operating models, organisation mapping and reinvention, and change risk and readiness assessment as part of driving cross functional transformation
  • Experience with being an active sparring partner and facilitate change to ensure teams are enabled to drive the right change management activities
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with demonstrable experience in engaging, motivating, and mentoring colleagues
  • Proven consultancy toolbox and exceptional communication skills aligned with all stakeholder levels
  • Ability to build and foster networks of change champions and agents across the organisation
  • Documented qualification in project management and OCM methodologies would be an added advantage
  • Experience working with agile methodology and of the pharma industry would be a plus but is not a requirement

You are curious, open minded and highly self-motivated to work independently, within delegated authority, with minimal or no supervision. You have a global mindset and demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team, as well as a strong understanding of how assigned responsibilities impact other processes and the work of other people.
