Apply now to join Corporate Facilities (CFa)! The position As Service Contract Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and managing one of our service contracts within hard FM. Our current office portfolio consists of 150.000 square meters primarily based in Bagsværd, Gentofte, and Søborg. Your key areas of responsibility will be:
  • Establish and maintain service specifications and manage service contracts within hard FM
  • Take part in making new office buildings operational
  • Give input to 5 -year investment pipeline and provide advisory to construction projects
  • Ensure well-functioning AV equipment in collaboration with IT department
  • Manage and oversee budget requirements and prepare business cases
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
  • Qualifications To thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
  • Educational background in architectural technology and construction management, marine engineer, or similar
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in building and/or technical maintenance
  • Proven track record managing service contracts, following up on maintenance budgets, and investment planning
  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English, both orally and in writing
  • On a personal level, you are a team player with a service mindset and have flair for stakeholder management as you will be in daily contact with line of business, vendors, etc. You have excellent planning skills and are used to work in a structured manner with an agile mind-set. You are result oriented and persistent, even when the tasks become complex, and you experience some resistance. About the department We are around 230 employees in CFa based in Bagsværd, Hillerød, Måløv and Kalundborg, managing ~2500 external employees. We drive strategic facility management in Denmark and are responsible for safeguarding, sustaining and continuously optimising Novo Nordisk property and delivering services to our more than 20.000 Danish colleagues. The department Facility Maintenance & Logistics is located in Bagsværd and consists of 16 employees who are responsible for driving maintenance in office buildings and handling waste across all Danish sites.
