The position As a People Leader you bear the responsibility of leading business partners on behalf of the Global Data Office (GDO) to foster Digital, Data and IT (DD&IT) value creation by means of the organisation's data products and external data ecosystem. In this new role, main responsibilities you will be in charge for will be: Attracting, growing, and developing talent

Guiding, coaching and motivating the people in your team and thrive by seeing other people succeed
What are we looking for? To thrive in this role, we expect you can tick off most of the below qualifications: Master’s degree in business administration, computer science, data science, information science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience within leadership ideally combined with working in agile organisations
Experience with strategy, transformation, and project management (preferable agile) ideally from a management consultancy or an industrial company – life sciences/pharma would be an advantage
Experience in driving large transformations and in integrating complex and cross-corporate processes
Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English), including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to technologists
As a person, you have excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills together with the ability to create followship. You have true change mindset and you are used to navigate in a complex stakeholder environment. The team waiting for you You will be part of the Global Data Office, a unit in DD&IT acting as the counterpart for Line of Business. The focus of GDO is to detail and execute Novo Nordisk’s Global Data Strategy to unlock the full potential of data to enable the digital transformation By joining DD&IT, you will also become part of a strong global community of more than 2000 skilled IT professionals responsible for IT systems, services, and projects in Novo Nordisk, working in a truly global organisation based on agile principles.
