About the job We are looking for a Personal Assistant & Team Coordinator to support two Vice Presidents within our area. Apply today and join us for a life changing career ! The job In the role as a Personal Assistant and Team Coordinator, you are offered a challenging and exciting position in GPAS. Your key areas of responsibility will be to support two of our Vice Presidents with scheduling, meeting planning, travel bookings, expense management, planning of team offsites and various ad hoc tasks. Furthermore, your job tasks will include administrative support for everyone in the area together with the other assistants in GPAS. Qualifications We are looking for a curious, well-organised and a proactive problem solver. Last but not least, you manage to commit yourself at all levels of the organisation and take pride in maintaining the confidentiality that is a given nature of the position. In addition, you:
  • Have mminimum of 2 years of relevant working experience within administration and/or executive support
  • Have strong communicational skills including excellent verbal and written English at business level
  • Thrive in driving administrative processes
  • Have excellent IT skills including all Microsoft Office applications and experience with SAP Concur
  • Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment with many deadlines
  • Have excellent collaboration skills and a positive mindset
