eCommerce Content Specialist - Bibs

The Role
BIBS is looking for a Content Specialist in Copenhagen, who will manage all our webshop content. The Digital content specialist is responsible for planning, building and roll out of digital content on our webshops, CRM channels and be key contact and support for content requests for wider digital and ecommerce platforms throughout the business. The Digital Content Specialist must bring a high level of attention to detail, visual understanding and commercial knowledge to all content used across the digital platforms. This role requires a technical understanding and management of digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage, build and execute digital marketing content for global webshops
· Lead content planning for digital channels to support the commercial calendar and marketing moments
· Brief in digital content requirements to Creative Team
· Produce content packs and test links for internal sign off process
· Manage bibsworld.com CMS with responsibility of all content areas of the site, HP, landing pages, PLP, navigation images
· Assist in resizing of assets where required
· Coordinate the digital content planning including images, copy, translations and URLs for global sites
· Perform daily checks of website to ensure accurate information and customer journey
· Monitor competitors and the competitor landscape and propose improvements and monitor promotional activity, content, functionality and research new developments that should be made to increase performance
· Support qualitative and quantitative research projects to provide campaign analysis
· Assist in content requests for other ecommerce and digital platforms throughout the business
· Coordinate with team to align content for email marketing campaigns and support where necessary
· Manage the creation of product copy with a freelance writer
· Work alongside the brand and marketing team to deliver ecom photography and videos
· Managing relationships with the BIBS teams across all markets to manage content on their sites
Your Background
· At least 2 years of experience within a similar role
· Experience using Shopify desirable
· Highly self-motivated, analytical, organised, with sharp attention to detail
· Strong interest in ecommerce and digital
· Experience of the technical side of web content management
· Natural eye for design and user experience
· Preferable Experience in ERP systems (SAP) and campaign management software
