About the Position This is no ordinary Department Coordinator role. You will become part of an area working with tomorrows technologies where your role will be to support the director group with a wide range of different tasks which may include:
  • Support Directors with onboarding of new employees, training materials, event planning and yearly wheel activities
  • Assist with the full utilizing of the Microsoft 365 package (e.g. Teams, SharePoint etc) and prepare communication materials for internal use.
  • With help from our controller prepare budgets, do monthly follow-ups and handle invoices
  • Guide and train in administrative systems such as Coupa, Successfactor, Portal2people, ASKHR etc.
  • Project management on small projects in the department – likely to be implementing digital tools for the administrative tasks
  • Moreover, you will work together with the CVP Personal Assistant on projects and events across the area, where you will also serve as a go-to person for guidance and support. Qualifications Maybe you are recently graduated and a fast learner with a strong interest in digitalisation and technology or maybe you are an experienced administrative profile who wants to shake things up with new, challenging assignments and team collaboration. Most importantly, you are devoted to the administrative role and passionate about delivering the best possible support to your colleagues. Furthermore, you have:
  • Great IT-skills. You know the ins and outs of Microsoft 365, easily learn and adapt to new IT-systems, and enjoy teaching what you know
  • Experience with taking charge of yearly wheel activities and of love to make everything come together
  • A flair for optimising processes and creating new and effective processes
  • Previously worked with budgets and is not afraid of numbers
  • Professional proficiency in either Danish or English or both and are located in Denmark
  • As a person, you need to be open and great at building new relationships to succeed in this role. You enjoy productive collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders for the. You take pride in your great structure skills, possess a strong quality- and service mindset and like to help others succeed. About the Department You will join Product Supply (PSQIT) the largest organisational unit in Novo Nordisk with 20,000+ employees globally across five continents. You will be part of the area within Modern Technology (PSQIT TEC) located in Bagsværd/DK. We are more than 100 digital experts collaborating and co-creating across SVP areas supporting the entire global network of manufacturing sites in product supply.
