To support our growth journey, we are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer.
With direct reference to the Head of Business Area Marketing you join our Marketing department consisting of more than 30 committed, talented and diverse colleagues. We are based at our headquarters in Denmark and at our sales offices around the world. Together we support our three business areas, Heat & Cooling, Water and Electricity, in reaching their goals by growing the Kamstrup brand through customer-centric marketing as well as engaging value-based market communication.
A senior role combining art direction with creative commercial execution
In the position as Senior Graphic Designer you will be responsible for managing Kamstrup’s brand visual identity by executing design and visual communication projects for cross-market campaigns. You will, therefore, be responsible for developing and maintaining design standards, processes, and procedures and be the first point of contact for all brand design related topics.
More specifically, you will:

Personality matters
We are looking for a highly driven, creative-minded and commercial-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with a strong can-do attitude, who can use previous experience to contribute to Kamstrup’s continued growth journey. You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Design, Multimedia Design or equivalent education, combined with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international context.
In addition, it is a requirement that you have:
Furthermore, web skills (such as HTML and CSS), UX skills and social media skills is considered an advantage.
You thrive in an outgoing role where no two days are alike, you keep an overview when working with many projects and tasks at the same time, and you excel in a dynamic work environment where priorities can change based on evolving customer and market needs. Additionally, you have excellent design skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
It is a requirement that you are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish, German, or other language will be considered an advantage.

- Work with internal and external graphic designers and provide guidance
- Manage the relationship and briefings of external design agencies, ensuring the delivery of all design output on brand, on quality and on time
- Manage and maintain our stock images and photo shoots
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
