We are now looking for a Data Anonymisation and Programming Specialist for our clinical disclosure team in Søborg, Denmark. Apply now for this great opportunity! The position The position offers a unique opportunity to work with sharing clinical data to benefit research inside and outside of Novo Nordisk. You will ensure that we anonymize clinical data using the best software and highest standards so that the results we have obtained can be maximally utilized. You will also make sure our data are shared when requested by external researchers and collaborators. Your key responsibilities include: Test and evaluate new releases of RLS Protect software used to anonymize data Maintain and update our SAS based macros to support new anonymisation rules and requirements when needed Review, evaluate and test new vendors and software for anonymisation, redaction and data sharing Represent company in various fora like TransCelerate, EFPIA and PhRMA in relation to Data Transparency/Data Anonymisation and Data Sharing Mentor and train new employees in the Data Anonymization Team Support, train, and coach our clinical organisation in the use of various databases and templates to store clinical information Qualifications Our ideal candidate needs to hold a master’s degree within Statistical, Bio-statistical, Computational Sciences or other equivalent qualifications, and have a strong knowledge of data sharing and data anonymization. In addition to the above, you need to have: SAS and Macro programming skills Strong knowledge of IT, interfaces, validation of computer systems and standard programs Experience with developing and maintaining customised software applications Hands-on experience with collaboration across professional and regional borders Fluent in written and spoken English As a person, you are flexible and structured individual with ability to thrive in a fast-changing work environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and customer service to stakeholders. You are proactive, can prioritize own tasks, work independently, and actively contribute to the overall team's success and harmony. Furthermore, you are a fast learner and possess excellent communication skills. About the department The position is based in the Clinical Publishing, Transparency and Archiving Department located in Søborg, Denmark, where we are a team of 16 dedicated colleagues.
