The Position As a Finance Partner, you will be owning and driving the financial support to your stakeholders. Importantly you will through curiosity be identifying opportunities to improve our financial performance and mitigate our business risks. Responsible for financial support to our project managers, associate, and department managers in production Being part of a team in Business support based in Kalundborg covering both business and project controlling as well as technical purchasing Your responsibilities include solid stakeholder management, general cost controlling, month-end closing, budget & forecast, and all kinds of financial analyses and presentations Qualifications You hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance and might have experience in business information, financial planning, and analysis, and/or management consulting, preferably from production. You have excellent command over both written and spoken English and Danish and have a relevant business background You are an experienced user of Excel and PowerPoint with preferable experience in SAP Enjoying stakeholder engagement, while communicating and presenting complex financial statements at all levels of the organization Furthermore, you are good at prioritizing and have strong analytical skills. You are a team player, but at the same time possess an independent drive, and have a can-do mindset You are also expected to be structured and attentive to details while maintaining a broad overview. You will enjoy making controlling proactive foreseeing future needs from our internal customers However most important you are curious by nature, willing to learn, and dare to challenge our way of working. About the department You will join IM2 Business Support in Kalundborg, Denmark, where we are approx. 700 colleagues working in Fermentation, Recovery, Purification, Quality Control, Maintenance, and Business Support. IM2 Business Support has the overall responsibility of project execution, energy & environmental processes, training, document support, automation & IT, cLEAN, finance, controlling, and technical purchasing.
