You will become a key role in our team for Environmental Projects & Support, where we work on end-to-end implementation projects, and help ensuring simple but robust solutions into our Environmental Monitoring (EM) systems. You will be working on projects to implement new EM requirements into facility
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
• Ensure Clean room designs in compliance with authorities and Novo Nordisk requirements, and develop EM sampling programs in compliance with Novo Nordisk requirements.
• Facilitating and planning of EM Risk Assessment workshops and room qualifications, as well as analysing EM data to identify and lead optimization initiatives.
• Create and update operational and qualification documents.
• Handling of more complex deviations and change requests.
• Lead systematic problem-solving activities.
• Ensure standard alignments with other Novo Nordisk AP sites. You will participate in small and large projects, in which you will be responsible for managing the projects’ scope, plan, resources and risks, and secure timely execution. It is also your responsibility to ensure that your projects’ stakeholders are always heard, properly involved and informed.

Qualifications Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: • An academic degree (bachelor’s, master’s or Phd) in natural science or engineering, or relevant experience, + 3 years of relevant experience with the above-mentioned responsibilities.
• Experience within microbiology, environmental monitoring, Clean-room design in manufacturing (preferably aseptic) environments is a clear advantage
• Experience with LEAN, optimisation, and systematic troubleshooting
• Previously worked with documentation, qualification, change requests and deviations within the pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both in English and Danish) with expert proficiency level using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with project management including cross-functional communication and stakeholder management, project planning, risk management, and deliverable tracking will be considered an advantage

About the Department The team¸ Environmental Projects & Support, is part of the department for Aseptic support in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Bagsværd. The department’s objectives are among others operation and improvement of environmental monitoring of the production.
