The position
In OFP, we are currently on a journey. We are expanding our production capacity, building up experience and competencies within next level facility management, and ensuring a high level of support to all our stakeholders. We are looking for a person who is driven by modern technology and cost reduction to join our team and help us achieve the next level.
As our new Project Manager your main responsibilities will be to:
• Identify and drive building/re-building projects from idea to implementation, in collaboration with various stakeholders in and outside of OFP.
• Identify and drive complex projects, with a focus on Good Engineering Practice, Compliance and Quality
• Seek best practice and inspiration from similar units across Product Supply Quality IT, when identifying possible solutions for our challenges or opportunities in OFP
• Act as one point of entry for technical support regarding cross functional facility/building projects
In this position you will be working across the organisation, including production, manufacturing development and business support, and your stakeholders will rely on your business understanding and your ability to translate business needs into solutions.
Qualifications and skills
To be considered for this position, we at least expect you to have:
• A relevant educational background, for instance a BSc or MSc within engineering or a similar technical field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in a production and/or GMP environment
• Ability to navigate effortlessly in complex environments and with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Several years’ experience executing projects from idea to operation, leading the stakeholders throughout the full change management process
• Ability to communicate fluently in Danish and English, both verbally and written. As a person you are:
• Analytical, structured and organised
• Self-driven, proactive, and responsible
• A team-oriented person, motivated to share experience and information with your colleagues
• Able to communicate complex subjects in an easy, understandable way, and keep things simple
The department
You will become part of the Technical Support department, consisting of 80 dedicated people split into six teams. We are all responsible for the technical support to all our facilities within ODFP Måløv. Our noblest task is to ensure that facilities, supply utilities, production equipment and IT systems are maintained and operate in a validated state. You will be a part of our group of facility responsible, utility responsible and skilled workers, who oversee the operation, optimisation, and maintenance of all our facilities, and our Utility equipment (Lab. Water, compressed air, and HVAC systems) in our office and QC labs. You will be in a team with a great atmosphere and team spirit. We are a group of people with various backgrounds, but with a shared drive to support and help each other and have a good time while making a big difference! On larger projects you might be moved to the project organization for the duration of the projects.
