The Quality Accelerator Programme is a one-year programme designed to provide you with a valuable learning experience preparing you for a position within Quality Assurance (QA) at one of our sites in Novo Nordisk Quality. You will join a cohort of approx. 25 highly qualified and engaged colleagues, whom you will share a lot of exciting experiences. During the year, you will receive an accelerated onboarding and will be trained within the various disciplines related to quality assurance of our products. The programme will also include a personal development track where we will focus on assertive communication and feedback skills. In the programme, you will have two rotations; one short and one long. These rotations will either be between our sites in Kalundborg or between our sites in Greater Copenhagen incl. Hillerød. During these rotations, you will be responsible for executing on QA activities, which can vary in scope and content according to the ongoing activities across Novo Nordisk Quality. In your long rotation, you will also have one-week internships in other areas to get an even broader understanding of our value chain. After the programme, you be hired locally in the host area of your long rotation either in the current team or in another team within the area.

As a QA professional in the Quality Accelerator Programme, you will get the opportunity to make an impact with your decisions, initiative, and engagement - and you will most definitely experience that the impact is enhanced by our close collaboration with our colleagues in production, where we solve challenges through strong teamwork. Also, you will have the opportunity to play a part in optimizing and improving processes, as we believe that making things as simple as possible and avoiding overprocessing leads to higher compliance and quality. During the one-year programme, your main tasks/responsibilities will be:
• QA onboarding and training: Attend the Quality Accelerator Programme onboarding and training modules. The modules will be supplemented with sparring sessions with your manager.
• QA presence: Work side by side with our colleagues at our production sites and in the laboratories to oversee performed processes and help solve issues in real time.
• Approve quality documentation: Use your acquired skills to ensure correct documentation e.g., logbooks, batch documentation, Standard Operating Procedures, deviations and validation documentation. Are you a team player and flexible? We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and mindset:
• A Master’s degree in Pharmaceuticals, Natural Science, Veterinarian, Chemistry or other relevant area.
• An interest in assuring quality and improving processes and systems across various units.
• Keen to find the best solutions by being curios and a good collaborator.
• An ambitious mindset that is open to new ways of working and seeks to embrace IT when optimizing processes.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in oral and written English. As a QA Professional in the Quality Accelerator Programme, you are outgoing, analytical, flexible, proactive and engaged about your assignments. You welcome new ideas and new ways of working and have good collaboration and communication skills. As you will work with multiple colleagues across the organization, you must have great stakeholder management skills and the ability to handle diverting interests by seeing issues from all perspectives. You strive to meet your deadlines and are good at keeping an overview – even in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly.
