Key responsibilities
As a Sales Coordinator you will be part of our dynamic and highly engaged sales support team. This is an internal sales support function with added contract management responsibilities reporting to the Head of Sales Process and CRM, where a large part of the responsibility is coordination with colleagues within the group and our global customer base.
As Sales Coordinator, your responsibilities are:
• Administration of orders, invoicing, and contracts
• Contract Management (Sekstant subscriptions & licenses)
• Updating ERP and CRM systems and ensuring the alignment with transactions
• Support to our Key Account Managers
• Maintain and improve processes/systems around Sekstant subscriptions
• Systemize and structure our warranty offerings
We are looking for
You have a profound knowledge within administrative routines, contract management and sales gained through a relevant educational background and/ or experience from a similar position within internal sales or business-to-business.
You can navigate easily in IT programs, such as ERP and CRM systems. You enjoy working with commercial contracts and are curious about the legal aspects. Excellent English skills are required.
On a personal level you are structured, detailed, and aware about quality. Patience and reliability matter to you just as much as good communication and being team oriented.
