We are looking for a Team Coordinator/ Personal Assistant reporting to our Global Director in Digital Health Strategic Partnerships & also supporting the Global Director in Digital Health Diabetes Commercialisation. Key responsibilities
As the Team Coordinator, you are offered a challenging and exciting position in a dynamic environment. Your primary focus will be:
• Support to the two Global Directors: Scheduling meeting and travel planning, governance support, substitute in various IT systems and other ad-hoc tasks
• Ensure that meetings are efficiently planned and executed and that key actions are captured and followed up upon
• Administrative support to all team members in Digital Health Strategic Partnerships and Digital Health Diabetes Commercialisation
• On-boarding of new colleagues
• Be the go-to person on administrative matters, planning of area seminars, teambuilding, and off-sites
• Financial controlling, audit support & execution, communication with internal/external vendors and partners, contract handling & maintenance of SharePoint sites & other administrative ad hoc initiatives
• Finally, you will be a part of an administrative team, that besides you consist of our VP PA, our office trainee in Digital Health and the and the administrative team in DSS that consist of our CVP PA, VP PA and office trainee As part of the job, you will have frequent interaction with assistants throughout the organisation when arranging business meetings and you will be a member of the administrative team of Digital Strategy & Solutions (DSS). In this role, you will participate in cross-functional collaboration and initiatives across the DSS organisation. The position offers great opportunities for utilising your personal skills and for personal and professional development in an ever-changing organisation & requires strong administrative and networking skills, a high degree of independence and attention to quality as well as the ability to handle confidential information. You will get a wide range of contacts inside Novo Nordisk and gain insights into many of our business processes. You will be reporting to the Global Director in Digital Health Strategic Partnerships, with dotted line to the Global Director in Digital Health Diabetes Commercialisation. Qualifications & Experience
To succeed in the role, you:
• Have working experience from a similar role
• Are a skilled user of IT systems, including MS Office
• Have experience with financial controlling
• Experience with SharePoint, Coupa, Concur, SAP and BeTTi is an advantage, but not required to get the job
• Can communicate effortlessly, both verbally and written in English at business level
• Are a positive team player, flexible, dedicated, and efficient, with a high level of integrity Furthermore, you have a structured way of working and pay attention to details while keeping the greater overview in focus. You are self-motivated, work independently and are used to thinking steps ahead of others and secure coordination. You contribute actively to the positive workplace culture and build strong networks and can handle matters of confidentiality and you know how to provide great service and thrive in a role as go-to person. In Digital Health we strive to develop and plan for commercialisation of digital health solutions or SaMD solutions to ensure that patients maximise the therapeutic benefits from Novo Nordisk products to ultimately improve health outcomes.
