In this role, you will work closely with Pipeline Performance & Insight Managers and support a range of cross-functional stakeholders across central functions and frontline leaders to help deliver our top line growth ambition. The position will support the team in (1) defining the relevant management-level measurements, (2) defining what good pipeline management looks like against targets and (3) performance management of our pipeline performance across relevant lenses of Products, Regions, Customer tiers (KC/RW, Booster etc.), and verticals.
The role will be part of a wider team (Sales Operations & Pipeline Performance Management) which is also responsible for Sales Target Setting & SIP as well as CRM integration & process governance. The Pipeline Performance and Insights Analyst will be expected to work closely with colleagues in these scopes due to the strong interdependencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in early identification of pipeline challenges and ensures that causes and drivers are analysed effectively and communicated clearly to our stakeholders in the organisation
- Support Pipeline Performance & Insights managers on defining and anchoring management-level measurements (leading and lagging indicators) for effective pipeline management
- Support and challenge the team to ensure that we across the organisation use meaningful standards of ‘what-good-looks-like’.
- Work with frontline colleagues to understand visibility and performance requirements
- Support in driving timely performance management of global sales performance, including identification of pipeline challenges and opportunities
- Perform deep-dive analysis to ensure appropriate understanding of pipeline challenges, ensuring we have the right foundation to effectively communicate relevant decisions and actions at management-level
We're Looking for:
- Exceptional analytical skills and an ability to derive insights from commercial data
- Ability to translate analytical observations to insights for decision-making and action
- Experience in working with performance management (e.g. commercial, operational, finance)
- Experience in working with Power-BI, as a minimum as a front-end user but ideally also in dashboard creation
- Ability to build and work in effective partnerships with cross-functional ownership of certain outcomes and activities (e.g. Commercial, Finance, Business Intelligence)
- Experience in the Maersk frontline organisation is a plus
