This position is based at our friendly office in Roskilde, Denmark and you will join our IT Service Management team. The IT Service Management team is in charge of developing, operating, supporting, and managing bec's service management related core processes and tools.

The Customer Service Manager position offers an opportunity to influence the way we as a company continue to deliver great customer experience to our bank customers and end customers of the bec supported banks. Our support is staffed all days of the week to serve customers using the systems. We excel on a professional conduct and offering support leaving the customers happy - which is often more than just solving the problem

Your direct manager will be, Area Director Martin Wulff Søndergaard.

Primary task and responsibilities include:

  • Motivate and lead a large service organization and foster the right customer experience culture

  • Be part of the team interfacing with the financial institutions

  • Represent the team in IT Service Management leadership team  

  • Secure proper tooling and processes

  • Be the voice of the end customer and convey feedback to system development teams


  • Financial and service level accountability

  • Data-driven performance and reporting


To succeed you will have:

  • Versatile people management skills

  • Structure and transparency


  • An ability to represent the organization towards the stakeholders

  • A desire to always look for improvements and challenging the status quo

  • A keen interest in banking and the needs of the end customers

  • High level of English and Danish skills in writing and orally as we have colleagues in teams distributed in Denmark and Poland


It’s nice to have:

  • Relevant experience from a similar position working with customer facing service organizations

  • Experience from the financial or other highly regulated sector

  • Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow
