Do you have experience within project controlling and financial management and want to join a new and exciting project department focusing on expanding warehouse capacity? Then you might be our new project controller. The position
As project controller in Warehouse Expansion, you will be responsible for controlling our investment budgets including:
Developing, creating, monitoring, and executing cost controls Cost management, scheduling, project resources, progress reports, forecasting, and risk management Report financial status to stakeholders Create purchase orders Define and control asset lists When time allows it, you will also help the project director with administrative tasks, such as power point presentations etc.
You report directly to the project director and will work in a project environment, were we have daily close coordination with our colleagues. We appreciate a workday with high energy and good mood, always helping and supporting each other were needed.

The position is in Hillerød, Denmark Qualifications
To be successful in this role it is required that you:
Hold as minimum an academic bachelor’s degree within Finance/accounting Have experience with cost controlling Have experience in creating and forecasting project budgets/cost Fluent in English (written and verbal) As a person, you are structured and work independently across a broad stakeholder landscape. We are part of Sourcing Operations, who manages the global inbound supply chain to deliver packaging and raw materials to production and clinical trials.
Warehouse Expansion is a department, focusing on implementing new internal warehouse capacity to meet future demand. We are newly established, and our job is to expand the existing warehouse in Hillerød and build a new green field warehouse in Kalundborg. Our department is located in Hillerød, but we are frequently having meetings across sites.
You will be a part of a new team which within short time will consist of 12 dedicated colleagues, a team who takes care of each other and support each other. As an employee in the project team, you will be able to take up a lot of responsibility and gain support to develop. You can expect to grow both on a personal and professional level.
