The position
We are looking for an experienced Controller with solid knowledge of both accounting and business processes. You will join the CO-RO A/S controlling team, situated at CO-RO’s headquarter in Frederikssund, and report to the Finance Director. The team is a quite new 4-persons team established recently, but with experienced internal employees, which is responsible for the monthly financial reporting cycle, proactive business and financial controlling, budget and forecasting, supply chain support and internal business partnering. The tasks and responsibilities will range from monthly reporting, process optimization and hands-on controlling covering both financial and business perspectives. You will be interacting with our senior management and stakeholders across the company as well as in other group entities.
As controller, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Controlling and reporting of CO-RO A/S P&L and Balance sheet
- Ownership and development of the monthly management reporting package
- Heading the overall budget and forecast process in close corporation with the remaining controller team for CO-RO A/S
- Partnering with stakeholders in the organization responsible for key cost elements ranging from Advertising and Promotion cost, Sales Force to Fixed cost
- Capex portfolio incl financial processes, business case assessment and continuous follow up on on-going projects
- As key Finance stakeholder you will play a vital role in ongoing improvement of D365 processes
- Controlling and reporting of CO-RO subsidiaries in Germany and Switzerland
- Participation in various cross-functional projects
The profile
As a person you are characterized by being energetic, proactive and analytical and you have an in-depth experience with accounting, combined with good business understanding.
Ideally, you have a solid experience of at least 5 years from a similar role in an international company, preferably a production company. You are structured and driven by working with continuous development of current solutions in close corporation with the team and other stakeholders, without being afraid of challenging the existing set-up.
You can adapt to a fast-changing environment and are comfortable working with a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities.
You have the ability to analyze financial reports as well as to communicate the results and recommendations to stakeholders. You possess strong skills in Excel, solid understanding of financial processes and have a well-founded experience with ERP systems, preferably D365.
