You will join our Global IT PMO department As our new colleague in the IT PMO, you will be part of a passionate and diverse team. We are responsible for executing IT Projects, as well as ensuring organizational adoption. Our project portfolio covers broadly from technical projects and strategic implementations of new global solutions, to preparing new office locations with IT infrastructure, to the area of M&As, where we plan and onboard new colleagues around the world. The average number of ongoing projects is about 50. Lead Project Manager The Lead Project Manager is responsible for delivery on projects or programs often of high impact and/or strategic importance to Ramboll. The Lead PM will be able to use his/her strong leadership and interpersonal skills including teamwork, facilitation, negotiation, and communication. Stakeholder management is expected to be performed at a high level. For this role we believe your starting point could be: Education: M.Sc. or equivalent Project Management Certifications Advanced project and program management courses Experience: 15+ years relevant professional experience 10+ years employment within IT and with Project Management as primary job content Documented and excellent people management experience Documented track record as IT project or programme manager for complicated, cross-functional IT projects in a global organisation Managerial skills and experience Recognised and highly developed negotiation skills Ability to solve highly complex tasks in a structured way Ability to establish cross organisational collaboration Proactive stakeholder management at all levels Comprehensive technical knowledge and experience within IT technical domains and within Business Applications Broad business understanding Personal skills: Excellent communication skills in speech and writing Can communicate key messages to the point, both written and orally and adjusted to various stakeholders Result oriented and taking clear ownership for assigned tasks as well as driving team to success Change willingness and ability to adapt to new situations fast Flexible attitude, proactive and able to take initiative Be a team player by enhancing good team spirit and cooperate well with colleagues and vendors and with a high degree of knowledge sharing Have integrity and be impactful and enthusiastic High cross-cultural awareness and understanding Convince others with diverge interests to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches Welcome to our IT organization You will be part of Global IT and join a function of more than 350 colleagues across the globe (mainly in Denmark and India).
