Do you want to be part of setting the strategic direction for Product Supply (PS) Biotech and Rare Disease (BRD) and making it work on shop floor? To manage multiple processes in a business area in huge development? Are you curious on continuous improvement and development, and have a passion for the business strategy? Then you might be the one we are looking for. The position In close collaboration with t he Vice President of Business Support, you will become part of a small but highly experienced team focusing on strategic analysis and driving key projects while supporting management processes across the organisation. Your main tasks will include:
  • Strategic analysis changing and improving current processes.
  • Risk assessments and reports and presentation to senior management.
  • Ad hoc analysis with direct reporting to BRD senior manag ement.
  • Set your strategical footprint within API.
  • Stakeholder management across the BRD SVP area and at shopfloors and when presenting recommendations to senior management.
  • The position holds great opportunity for developing your knowledge within specific production processes and technology platforms based on your curiosity and background. The job requires a high degree of collaboration and making your influence matter across the organisation. The home office is House of BRD in Gentofte, but we frequently work out of all sites of BRD. Qualifications As a person you are curious, ambitious and have a lot of personal drive. You work fact based and are a team player who enjoys sparring with your colleagues, and thrives when handling multiple tasks in a sometimes-hectic working environment . Furthermore, you have:
  • A master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience, preferably from a similar position
  • Solid experience in collaborating with many different stakeholders on various organisational levels
  • Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in driving projects independently, preferably within the area of supply chain planning, logistics or production
  • Analytic approach and open mindset and can work independently
  • Excellent English skills, spoken and written.

About the department Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) Business Support is based in Gentofte and our employees are highly valued partners for the BRD business. We go where we are needed the most and collaborate with production and central functions, R&D, as well as our Rare Disease Operations headquarters in Zürich. We are app. 40 colleagues who support the production with the important areas of Supply Chain Planning, Finance, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), as well as Strategy and Communication. We bring value to patients by having the high-level overview across BRD and by supporting production within key areas with highly skilled partners to make operation run as smooth as possible in collaboration with local colleagues.
