Let’s talk about the role As our new Integration Architect, you will be responsible for prioritizing and delivering on our integration modernization roadmap together with the integration product team. The integration product team deliver several services and enabler technologies for the implementation teams across Novo Nordisk business areas, supporting some of the most important projects. You will have to get your hands dirty with the tech, but also take feedback from the implementation teams and translate that into a product roadmap that continuously improves the products and services we deliver. Moreover, your main responsibilities will be to: Create platform roadmap for our key integration technologies and related services in collaboration with the product team Lead the implementation of the roadmap for one of our key integration platforms as well as ensure that the distributed teams across Novo Nordisk utilizing the platforms, can work efficiently and remove any impediments along the way Continuously optimize services related to the development lifecycle and efficient operations of the platform Ensure that no team member is technically blocked so lead, guide, and mentor platform specialists on the team if necessary Prioritise work with the team, weighing both the business and technical value of each task Experiment, test, try, fail, and learn all the time As we are part of leading the digital transformation of Novo Nordisk, we expect you to challenge and encourage the organisation as well as take part in establishing a strong internal community to share knowledge. Skills we are looking for As an ideal candidate you have: +10 years of professional experience A strong background and hands-on experience within delivering a platform to many distributed teams including best practices and governance Deep knowledge in leading and delegating work to platform specialists and other team members, while maintaining a strong relationship with key stakeholders, ensuring delivery of the right solution Qualifications which include solid experience with software development, cloud, and integration Passion about development and could have an active presence on GitHub or other OSS platforms with publicly available code that will help us assess your skills The team waiting for you You will join a highly motivated and engaged team of senior integration architects, internal and external developers. The team consist of platform team, engagement team and delivery team which all working agile with the scrum methodology. The integration team is a global and high performing team, where we share knowledge, experience, and where we help each other when needed. The overarching goal is to expose and reuse data to accelerate projects time to solutions delivery. The integration team is anchored in Cross Digital, Data &IT Technologies, a part of Novo Nordisk Digital, Data & IT. As a technology choice, the strategic integration platforms of Novo Nordisk are Kafka and MuleSoft, we are building our integration solutions supported by continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and various automation tools.
