The Test Automation role will be centered in the development team for the HCM suite to ensure the right quality and work closely together with the Product Specialist to focus on automation tests. Furthermore, the role will have a strong focus on security testing and the implementation of tools and processes within this domain.
As a technical tester, you will design, build, run and maintain technical tests for a product suite. You will be the driving force in implementing security testing and will also do some performance and functional test automation. You will work closely together with other technical testers and with relevant scrum teams. Finally you will, together with the QA Lead, ensure effective and robust testing that meets the needs of our products.
What you will be doing
- Implement the tools and practices needed for testing application security (authorization, vulnerability, penetration)
- Plan technical tests together with Product Owner, Architect and QA Lead
- Carry out the agreed tests, including building and maintaining automated tests
- Monitor execution of automated tests
- On regular basis, provide feedback to Product Owner and QA Leads on test status
What we are looking for
- Significant experience in security testing or a strong interest in the domain and a willingness in investing time to build up knowledge
- Experience in functional and performance test automation
- Experience with .Net technology or other coding language
- Experience with test planning, documentation, and processes
Skills that will be helpful
- Experience with agile organizations, preferably scrum based
- Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps methodologies
- Knowledge of C#, Angular framework, Bitbucket, Jira Software, Azure DevOps and xUnit
